SI vs. Your Provider


SI provides general liability insurance coverage to exhibitors participating in SI trade shows throughout the US.

Per your exhibitor contract, exhibitors are required to provide a certificate of insurance to Show Management 30 days prior to the event.

How does it work?

Upon registering at a SI show, your company will be added as an additional insured to Show Insurance's policy. 

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your registration is complete.

We will notify show management that you have completed your registration. 


The cost of registering for a show is $80 to $150 depending on the show. All insurance is purchased through a licensed insurance agent

Refund Policy

You may have the charge refunded if you provide us with the correct certificate of insurance 3 days prior to the start of your event. You may also have your charge refunded by written request that you do not need coverage 5 days prior to the start of your event.
