    Our Inability to Attend Program is paid for by your show's registrants through a small (4%) charge in addition to the registration fee. For example, a $400.00 registration fee would be covered for only $16.00. You'd simply add the insurance fee to your registration, so your registrant would pay $416.00.


    We find that most of our clients add this fee on top of any optional items their registrants have selected, such as evening events, city tours, education sessions, golf tournaments, etc. When those fees are covered, your registrant receives a complete refund for everything they've purchased, and you retain those fees.
