We'll provide you with a link through which any exhibitor can purchase compliant insurance online instantly. The cost is affordable — starting at only $91 — and the process is simple. You'll place that link in your exhibitor manual, and it will work for exhibitors anywhere in the world.

How Our Exhibitor Liability Insurance Program Works

• We'll give you a link to include in your exhibitor manual. Any exhibitor who needs insurance can click on the link and buy compliant insurance instantly online.
• The link connects your exhibitors to an online application created explicitly for your event. We'll pre-fill the application with your show's requirements (additional insureds, dates, limits, etc.). Your exhibitors will provide some basic company information and pay with a credit card. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
• Your exhibitor will be emailed their insurance confirmation, and you'll receive a copy of the email.
• Our service includes friendly email reminders to your exhibitors. You'll be able to approve and schedule the email. The reminders help achieve 100% compliance.
• You'll receive regular updates showing who has purchased insurance.
