We want to maximize compliance with your insurance requirements.

Your contract with the venue requires insurance that protects them from anything that may occur during your show. Our policies cover your exhibitors and name you as additional insured. By doing this, a claim emanating from your exhibitor's booth won't reach you and affect your insurance policy.

The Problem

When your exhibitors from overseas travel to your event, their insurance may not cover them. Many insurance companies prefer not to provide international coverage, and many exhibitors struggle to find compliant coverage when they travel. As an organizer, you have to spend time confirming that your exhibitors carry compliant insurance.

Our Exhibitor Insurance Program is designed to fill this gap. It's underwritten by Lloyd's of London, and it creates a simple, effective solution for this common problem.

Our program is designed to meet the needs of everyone involved in organizing and exhibiting at your event.

Organizers' Liability

You can count on Show Insurance to provide liability insurance for you, the organizer. If you already have insurance in place, we'll provide an Excess Policy that adds insurance for claims over and above the existing policy limits.

Exhibitors' Liability

For an additional premium per exhibitor, we can add any exhibitors at the event to your organizer's policy. We're able to cover every exhibitor, no matter where in the world they may be domiciled.

To obtain the insurance, simply provide us with a list of exhibitors at your event. We'll process compliant insurance for each exhibitor.

We'll provide each exhibitor with their own limits and terms of coverage.

• Each exhibitor will be given their own limits. The organizer will be named as additional insured on all exhibitor policies.
• Coverage and the premium will be collected by you, the organizer, in your booth space fees.
  

Process and Pricing

We've designed our process to be simple for all participants.

• You, the organizer, will receive a PDF copy of the Master Insured Policy for your event.
• You'll provide us with monthly spreadsheets listing the exhibitors that signed up that month and need to be covered under our policy.
• We'll provide you with a monthly invoice based on the previous month's spreadsheet.
• The exhibitors listed on the spreadsheet will be covered automatically.
• We'll send insurance certificates to each exhibitor listed on the spreadsheet.

Pricing (when insurance is included in booth space fees)

• Non-US exhibiting companies: Starting at: $125.00 + taxes
• US exhibiting companies: Starting at: $175.00 + taxes
• (Subject to a minimum number of exhibitors)

Coverage Limits (per exhibitor) 

• $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate
• $20 million total aggregate for the event
